Methods of Shipment
GROUND: Orders will be shipped Purolator Ground unless otherwise specified. Any ground services other than Purolator will require your carrier's account number.
AIR SHIPMENTS: All air shipments will be shipped by Purolator unless otherwise specified. Any air shipments other than Purolator will require your carrier's account shipping number.
Orders shipping to USA destination are FOB our factory in Grand Island, New York (14072). Please call factory specific shipping details.
3rd Party Shipping
$5.00 (G) per box handling fee for the first 6 boxes.
Any ground or air services other than Purolator will require your carrier's account number.

Limit of Liability
Goods lost or damaged after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the courier.

The shipping estimator tool provided on starline.com utilizes the most accurate information available for standard shipments at the time of quoting. There are factors that may vary from the standard shipment or may be outside of Starline's control which can affect the final cost, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, specific packaging requests, and residential shipment fees. For the most accurate quote, please contact our customer service team.

** Drop ship fees do not include the cost of freight. FOR 6+ LOCATIONS, DISTRIBUTORS MUST PROVIDE A SHIPPER# in addition to the drop ship fees.
Additional Notes
Drop ship addresses must be received no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled ship date. Add 1-3 days to standard lead times for drop shipments. If there are more than 10 drop ship addresses, we require that you provide us with the addresses electronically (Excel file format). For your convenience, a template is available on our web site under Resources > Tools > Downloads.
**The distributor is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address on the drop ship excel spreadsheet. Additional charges may apply for incorrect address information.

For blank goods, each drop shipment must be in case quantities.
