Standard Production Time
Most items have a standard lead time of 5-7 days production time. Items with longer lead times include:
Embroidery | 2-3 weeks |
Personalization | Same as standard lead time for the product selected |
Multiple Drop Ship Locations | Add 1-3 days to standard lead times for drop shipments. Drop ship addresses must be received no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled ship date. Please contact customer service for more details. |
Large Orders (larger then end-quantity) | Please contact customer service |
Special Handling | Please contact customer service |

Order Guidelines
Standard production time will begin after a complete order* is received and after proof is approved (if proof is requested). Orders recieved after 4:00pm EST will be considered recieved the next business day.
Orders not specifying shipping method will be shipped via Purolator.
Orders are subject to pre-payment or credit approval prior to acceptance.
All communication regarding order must include PO#.
