Over Runs, Under Runs and Exact Quantities
Due to the nature of manufacturing process, we reserve the right to under or over ship an order by 5%. Exact quantities are available on one (1) color orders that do not exceed 1,000 units. Note: Products valued at $29.99 (C) or higher will automatically ship exact quantities.

Less Than Minimum
The absolute minimum order is 50% of the lowest catalog quantity and is limited to one (1) color/location imprint only. NOTE: For Screen, Transfer and Pad print orders with 3 or more imprint colors require 2nd column quantity or 250 piece minimum (whichever is greater).

Returns & Cancellations
All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization and a return number issued by the factory. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks after authorization is given or the claim will be voided. No credit will be issued if product was not used in its normal course. To cancel an order before production requires a $25.00 (G) cancellation fee. To cancel during production, order will be billed for cost of labor and materials, in addition to cancellation fee.All cancellations must be authorized by factory and received in writing.

Drinkware Care
Due to the standard assembly process, non-vacuum double wall mugs may not be water tight and thus we strongly recommend hand wash only. We suggest you avoid submersion of these tumblers/mugs and avoid dishwashers. Since all Starline mugs/tumblers are food grade stainless steel, any cleaner including bleach may be used to wash the inside of the product.
