Residential addresses only. Drop shipments to business addresses will incur a $3.00 (G) per location drop ship fee plus the regular cost of shipping.

Personalization available on drinkware and bags decorated with Laser Engraving and TruColor. Offer valid in the contiguous United States only via USPS Ground Advantage or the shipping carrier or Starline’s choosing.

Offer is valid for 1 piece per box. For more than 1 piece per box, please contact our sales team for a quote.
For offer eligibility, the entirety of the order must be shipped on Starline’s shipping account. At this time, we are unable to accommodate a combination of flat rate delivery and 3rd party billing.
A combination of flat rate delivery and additional ship methods is permissible so long as they are all shipped on Starline’s account (no 3rd party). The amount that is shipped via flat rate must be equal to or greater than the product minimum.
Less Than Minimum (LTM), closeout, and self-promo orders do not qualify.
FOB
All orders are FOB our factory in Grand Island, New York (14072)
GROUND: Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Any ground services other than FedEx will require your carrier's account number.
AIR SHIPMENTS: All air shipments will be shipped by FedEx unless otherwise specified. Any air shipments other than FedEx will require your carrier's account shipping number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments will require a $20.00(X) document processing fee. Your Carrier’s account number and associated billing address must be provided. Duty, taxes and all other applicable charges will be accessed by your government and are the responsibility of the consignee. These charges will be collected at the time of delivery.
3rd Party Shipping
$5.00 (G) per box handling fee for the first 6 boxes.
Any ground or air services other than FedEx will requite your carrier's account number.

Pickup
We will hold orders scheduled for pickup on our dock for a maximum of 48 hours only. If orders are not picked up within 48 hours of receiving notification, Starline will ship the order via the carrier of our choice and charge applicable freight.
Limit of Liability
Goods lost or damaged after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the courier.

The shipping estimator tool provided on starline.com utilizes the most accurate information available for standard shipments at the time of quoting. There are factors that may vary from the standard shipment or may be outside of Starline's control which can affect the final cost, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, specific packaging requests, and residential shipment fees. **The distributor is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address on the drop ship excel spreadsheet. Additional charges may apply for incorrect address information.
