WATER BASED INKS
All of our beach towels are printed with water based inks. Water and dye are the main components of water-based inks, which gives them a lower opacity than plastisol inks.
The inks have a certain level of transparency and all color inks do not print on to colored towels in the same way.
To get the best results when printing on our colored towels, we recommend the following imprinting methods:
Prolucent, Color on Color and Black.
DECORATION METHODS
IMPRINTING
PMS Color Matching Charges: We will match color as close as possible at no extra charge.
Color Change Charge: $25.00(k)
Speculative Sample Charge: 50% OFF of EQP cost for item plus full set up fees. If the spec sample generates an order, no additional setup charges will apply.
EMBROIDERY ON TOWELS
Maximum Number of Thread Colors: 12 color maximum on all quantities.
Color Matching Charges: Color will be matched as close as possible with available threads.
Reorders: If DST file is provided, no set up charge on reorder.
Running Charges: Catalog pricing includes up to 8,000 stitches.
Additional Info. and Charges:
Additional Stitches – $0.27(g) per additional 1,000 stitches above the first 8,000.
Metallic Surcharge – $0.16(g) per 1,000 stitches.
Embroidery Thread Color Charge: $31.25(g) per thread color change, unless a change to black or white.
Second location: $3.75(g) each additional location.

Personalization:
Add $3.75(g) to the 600 pc. embroidered price of any item.
Note: We use tear-away backing on all embroidery on golf and rally towel orders. To keep our quality standards for embroidery, some backing may possibly remain in order to keep the stitches tight and clean.
EMBROIDERY ON BLANKETS
Lead Time: 5 working days on quantities up to 300 pcs. 7 to 10 working days for quantities up to 600 pcs.

PRO VISION SUBLIMATION
Set-Up Charges: NO set up charges.
Maximum Number of Imprint Colors: Unlimited.
Artwork: Acceptable formats include: PSD, EPS, JPG and PDF. Art MUST be provided at 300 DPI full scale. (Example: Artwork for SUB-1518 MUST be 14.5″ x 18″ at 300 DPI). *For best possible results make sure artwork is provided at the high resolution. Avoid using borders or solid dark/black backgrounds.
Color Matching Charges: We will attempt to match your PMS color request as best as we can, but we cannot guarantee a 100% match.
Speculative Sample Charge: 50% OFF of EQP cost for item.
FOUR COLOR PROCESS PRINTING
Lead Time: 3 – 4 weeks after artwork approval.
Minimum Order: 300 pieces beach towels; 600 pieces golf & sport towels
Maximum Number of Imprint Colors: 4 process colors required. 1 or 2 additional spot colors required in some cases.
Set-Up Charges:
Items 11”x 42” or smaller – $45.00(g) per imprint color
Items 24”x 42” or larger – $112.50(g) per imprint color
Art and Film Preparation Fee – $400.00(k) plus screen charges for a minimum of 4 screens.
Submit artwork for consideration, review and quoting. Set-up charges and additional art charges, as noted below, will apply.
LASER PATCH
Laser Patch included in "Lasered Patch pricing or "Embroidered" pricing.
Available for any item that can be embroidered.

SIGNATURE PRINTING
Signature Printing: Set-up charge: $50.00(g). Up to 200 names included in set up charge. Over 200 names, may incur an additional fee.
Available on most items, the Signature Collection is the “one size fits all” solution for any team, club or graduating class. It is a great way to commemorate co-workers, friends and family! Recipients will cherish these souvenirs for years to come.

HOW TO SUBMIT SIGNATURES
Names should be signed with a black felt tip marker ONLY on an 8.5″ x 11″ piece of unlined white paper.
Provide as many names on one sheet as you can in a random fashion (like you would see in a yearbook), without the names touching.
if provided electronically, the same requirements above would apply, except in place of sheets of paper you will have files (.pdf, .jpg, .eps).The Signature Printing Option is available on most printable items. See standard imprinting and setup charges per item and add $47.06(g) flat charge.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
SPECIALTY PRINTING: GHOST INK
Graphics printed using the ghost ink are completely invisible until activated with water. As the product becomes wet, the designs begin to appear. Once the product is dry again, the graphics become invisible again.
